    Thanks for your inputs. the problem was sorted out.

    * We have increased the Torque by replacing the motor. Initially we were able to maintain 30-32 KNM . After replacing the Motor ( 350 KW to 450 kW)we are able to maintain Torque up to 40 KNM. now we are getting good cake with the same high moisture seed and our percolation rate also improved in Extraction.

    Thank you very much for your reply Dear Hector. We are processing CANOLA seed. In our DTDC ( 8 trays)we have 1 PD ,3 DT ,1 SPRAGE TRAY,2 DRYING & 1 COOLING trays supplied by DESMET BALLESTRA. we do have flash steam recovery for DT. we do not have any Air preheating loop.

    I would like to learn how to calculate the Energy Balance in Crushing & Solvent Extraction. Any references would be highly appreciated & very useful to enhance skills.

    USE OF PREPARATION
    Multi-Purpose Medicinal / Food Grade White Mineral Oil.
    PIONIER 1235 & PIONIER 6301P are typically used in the Foodstuffs and Cosmetic Industries.
    PIONIER 1242 & PIONIER 2071P are typically used in Pharmaceutical and Food applications, including
    petroleum jelly manufacture, dough dividing and as a dehydration release agent. Other applications include
    lubrication, as a plasticiser, in hot melt adhesives, insulation applications and as a compressor oil.
    Multi-Purpose Industrial White Mineral Oil.
    PIONIER 1410 is typically used in industry as a processing additive. E.g. In agrochemicals, in Laboratories,
